“What? This isn’t a cooking blog” I hear you say.
Nope, but I just had one of my delicious banana smoothies and thought I’d share the flavour – makes for a simple and quick health lunch.
For each person, chuck into a blender:
1 banana – can be over ripe.
about 200ml of yoghurt – vanilla works well
about 200ml of milk – or soy milk
a big table spoon of honey
a big table spoon of Nutella (secret ingredient!)
a generous scoop of Icecream – vanilla or chocolate
Blend it, pour it & drink it 🙂
